Here’s how it works.

Start by emailing pictures of your furniture consignment items to hfc139@comcast.net or stop by the store and bring in your camera or photos. Small decor items such as art, lamps, collectibles, etc., can be brought into the store for review any day except for Mondays & Saturdays.

Together we agree on a competitive price or if you prefer, we will price as best as possible for you. We offer a 50/50 split on all consignment items. Each batch of consignment items come into the store for a 90 day period. After 30 days, if an item has not sold it is reduced 25%, and if not sold after 60 days, the item is reduced 50% from the original price. If after 90 days, the item has not sold, you may pick it up or we will dispose of it for you. It’s important to note, that because of our rigorous approval process, our sell through rate is over 95% with in the 90 day period.

Proceeds from your consignment items are automatically paid in a batch process at the end of the 90 day period. However, we encourage our customers to contact us periodically throughout the 90 day period. If all of your items sell prior to the end of the 90 days, we are happy to pay you early.

We are looking for items whose style and condition will appeal to today’s buyers and are in good to excellent condition. These items exclude anything that needs to be refinished, re-upholstered, or professionally cleaned.

Our 6,500 square foot showroom allows your items to be seen by hundreds of potential buyers each week. Desirable items may even sell on the first day. Upon approval of your consignment pieces, you may drop off your items any day except Saturday or Monday, or schedule our service to pick them up. Note: Pickup fees will be communicated during the approval process and all pick-ups are scheduled for Mondays & Tuesdays. If we cannot accommodate your pick up needs, we offer several professional and reliable third party pick-up options.
